By accessing and using CardSite, you agree to be bound by these terms. CardSite reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. All products are sold as-is. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items. CardSite is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once handed off to carriers.

Refund Policy

We offer full refunds for unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Opened or used items, including box rips and subscription boxes, are not eligible for refund but may be exchanged. Subscription cancellations are processed immediately; you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship within 2–3 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Tracking information is provided via email upon dispatch. Subscription boxes ship on the same day each month. International orders are available to select countries and may incur additional duties and taxes. Damaged items should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
